This could mean spending more time managing projects, mentoring new recruits or taking on a volunteer role. Find out what your strengths are and find ways to do them more often.
5. Help others feel good about themselves
Making your teammates feel valued and appreciated can help increase motivation and commitment and create a positive work environment. So give positive feedback to others whenever you can.
